Is it an accident?
The answer is certainly not, then we start from the analysis of police and army duties to elaborate why these are not accidental.

So enterprise employees will feeling survival so difficult because of lack of training and innovation mechanism also suffered by the government exploitation and oppression, the situation is difficult equivalent slaves.

Why this moment will come out slaughter and incessant wars, because human intelligence and physical rapid evolution will come to a final result-the dissolution of gorvernment , which is government most reluctant see to happen ,which in the history consistent play the role of a function of reactionary and human civilization backward of .
So the only reason is that war and slaughter can explain their exist in law and the fuction to deceive all human beings, that is to recognize the government as a function of the so-called protection and replacement.
To abandon the government, to shape the perfect human being is the evolutionary trend of the times, we do not need the government and the political alternatives, human beings will be perfect and being highly evolved
